With our Ascolana del Piceno PDO olives, we can also obtain a fine, but at the same time appetizing, sauce made by mixing: 80% Ascolana Ten-era olive PDO pulp, 5% capers grown on our farm, 5% Adriatic Sea ancho-vies, 10% monovarietal in Ascolana Tenera variety.
The sauce obtained is easily spreadable and it is perfect for aperitifs and bruschetta and as a base for a pasta dressing.
We do not add preservatives to the pâté and we put it fresh in jars, in order to guarantee the olive’s genuine flavour.
This product has a shelf life of approximately 5-6 months and it is wrapped in 100 gr glass jars, in order to be easily consumed, without having to put it away, because it will lose its freshness and authenticity, if it comes into contact with air.
This product perfectly pairs with classic method wine with a good structure.
